You seriously don't want to touch him, as you will probably burn to death if you do. If you talk loud enough he'll hear you though, and he might be willing to talk to you.]

[Emperor is avoiding the bugs, the crabs and ants, moving between them. It's not that he's unable to fight them, but as he had noticed on his first day in Mayfield when he tried to burn Luka to a crisp, that he couldn't spew any flames at all, only growing a pair of arms, he felt pretty vulnurable. He didn't even have Rei here to take cover inside his arm.

No. I chose Rei to be the host of my powers, and caretaker of my arm. I was sleeping inside that arm for a long time and when I woke up the organisation was under the control of some minister Fujiwara.
